About Josiah
Josiah helps AI and R&D teams make technically correct chemistry decisions under real-world delivery constraints. He is an HFC Fellow at Scale AI and President of NewChem Science Inc., with work focused on chemistry ground-truth, quality audit, and workflow architecture at the AI x organic chemistry interface. He received his PhD in Organic Chemistry from Simon Fraser University in 2023 and translates advanced synthetic chemistry for a large global audience through That Chemist.
